Transitions

At Great Oaks College our purpose is to provide the stepping stones from education to adulthood. We provide our young adults with the skills required so that they can access their desired outcomes in the community. We believe that for your young adults to make a successful move from education to their chosen destination, it is our duty to plan and prepare for their transition out from day one of joining us.
