Reception and Administrative Assistant

Great Oaks College opened in 2018 for young adults aged 19-25 with special educational needs and is now in the third year of its expansion phase, with the expectation of being at full capacity from September 2021.

 We are looking to appoint a Reception and Administration Assistant to support the provision of a professional admin service delivered to a high quality standard with exceptional customer service skills. You will need to be highly organised, able to prioritise multiple tasks in a demanding environment, have excellent communication and IT skills along with a meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy reception / office environment ideally in a similar environment. Contract Type:              Full time: Term time only plus 2 weeks

Hours of work:             36 hours per week. (Mon – Fri, exact times to be agreed but likely to be 8.30am-4.30pm)

Pay Scale:                     Scale 5 (Point 11 to 15)

Actual pay                    £22,428 to £24,088 per annum

The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment induction.
