Receptionist/Administrator
Great Oaks College is a specialist independent college which is currently open to students across two sites.
The college provides further educational opportunities to students aged 19-25 with moderate, severe and profound and multiple learning difficulties, many of whom also have other needs such as physical disabilities, sensory impairments and autism. We run three Pathways: Vocational, Life and Living and Engagement for Life.
The Life and Living Pathway is located at the Triangle in Hounslow, Engagement for Life and Vocational Departments is located at the Windmill, Sunbury on Thames (the main College address).
We are looking to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator to support the provision of a professional admin service delivered to a high quality standard with exceptional customer service skills. You will need to be highly organised, flexible, able to prioritise multiple tasks in a demanding environment, have excellent communication and IT skills along with a meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy reception / office environment ideally in a similar environment. Pay Scale: Great Oaks Inner London Scale 4, point 7 (ft) £31,980 to 10 (ft) £33,384
Actual Salary (fte 0.86): £27,512 to £28,719 per annum
Hours of work: 8.00am – 4.00pm (Monday to Friday), 36 hours a week
Contract Type: Permanent – Term Time Only (39 weeks)
