Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver onsite therapy and work alongside the Head of Therapy to develop and strengthen our provision. You will have at least two years’ experience supporting young adults with complex needs (including PMLD, SLD, and autism) and will work collaboratively to enhance students’ sensory, motor, and functional skills through individualised programmes.

Learning Support Assistant

We are looking to employ a Learning Support Assistant to our team. As well as being calm and patient, you will need a good team working skills and be passionate about supporting students with special educational needs. Applicants must be physically fit and willing to undertake all aspects of personal care including toileting and feeding.

Lunchtime Assistant

We are looking for someone who shares our vision for developing independence for young adults with Special Educational Needs. You will be willing to support feeding and personal care, and to assist and encourage students to find ways to enjoy their leisure time. The successful candidate will understand the need to respect our students as young adults and be committed to supporting their development as they prepare for adulthood.
