Admissions and Provisions Coordinator
Great Oaks College is a specialist independent college which is currently located within Oaklands School.
In September 2025 we are relocating to two new sites in Sunbury-on-Thames (Surrey) and Hounslow.
The college provides further educational opportunities to students aged 19-25 with moderate, severe and profound and multiple learning difficulties, many of whom also have other needs such as physical disabilities, sensory impairments and autism. We run three Pathways: Vocational, Life and Living and Engagement for Life.
We are looking to appoint a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for student admissions and providing essential support services to join our team. You will have excellent communication skills and will demonstrate compassion towards our students and their families.
You will be responsible for assessing whether we can meet the needs of applicants, which course would best suit their aspirations and what provisions they may require as outlined in their EHCP. The role involves directing potential applicants to resources, liaising with local authorities, parents, and carers, building relationships with feeder schools, and managing college tours as well as events.
You will also be responsible for maintaining an application database, ensuring we have the proper documentation for assessments, and managing consultation deadlines.

Contract Type: Full time
Hours of work: 36h per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. The role will require you to attend some transition events outside of these working hours. Additional hours and mileage will be compensated
Pay Scale: The Inner London Pay Scale M3 £44,556 to M6 50,288
